Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at CODEX. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for technical roles. Responsibilities include partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, crafting job descriptions, and leveraging online platforms, networks, and databases to attract qualified candidates. The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, providing timely communication to candidates and hiring managers, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding processes. The Technical Recruiter is expected to use data and feedback to continuously improve recruiting practices and contribute to a positive candidate and client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand and assess technical roles and skill sets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and clients.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and supporting Hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience recruiting in IT or technology-focused roles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
