About the Position As we continue growing our operations and supporting new and existing client partnerships, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a highly hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys the challenge of identifying and engaging strong technology professionals across LATAM. You will manage recruitment processes end-to-end, working on a variety of technical positions ranging from Software Engineering and Cloud to Data, AI, Cybersecurity, and other specialized technology areas. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating senior and highly specialized searches , can quickly understand complex technical requirements, and knows how to build an effective sourcing strategy when the right candidates are not immediately available. Strong ownership, organization, communication, and candidate management are particularly important. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality experience for candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders. Location: Costa Rica. Work arrangement: Hybrid. Contract: Temporary, with possibility of extension. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing and screening through offer and hiring coordination. Proactively identify, source, and engage technology professionals across Costa Rica and LATAM. Recruit for technical positions across areas such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Product, and other specialized technology functions. Develop sourcing strategies for senior, niche, and difficult-to-fill positions. Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate candidates against technical, professional, and cultural requirements. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming opportunities. Provide candidates with consistent communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews and closely manage each stage of the candidate journey. Partner with Recruiting leadership and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and define effective recruitment strategies. Support client-driven recruitment processes while maintaining visibility into progress, challenges, and market conditions. Maintain accurate and timely candidate information, interview notes, and process documentation within our recruitment systems. Contribute to continuous improvements in sourcing, candidate experience, recruitment operations, and overall team effectiveness. Navigate changing priorities and hiring needs with autonomy, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset. What You’ll Need to Succeed 3+ years of professional recruiting experience , ideally with a strong focus on technology and specialized roles. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes . Strong hands-on sourcing capabilities, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing channels. Experience recruiting technical profiles across areas such as Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines. Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and evaluation strategies. Experience managing multiple searches and candidates simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-up. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English , with the ability to confidently communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both English and Spanish. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where hiring priorities and requirements may evolve. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience recruiting senior, niche, or difficult-to-find technology profiles . Previous experience recruiting talent across multiple LATAM markets. Experience working within consulting, technology services, staff augmentation, or other client-driven recruitment environments. Strong understanding of the LATAM technology talent market. Proven ability to build candidate pipelines proactively rather than relying primarily on inbound applications. Experience working directly with hiring managers or client stakeholders. Ability to balance speed and urgency with thoughtful candidate evaluation and a strong candidate experience. A proactive approach to identifying recruiting challenges and proposing solutions.
