Technical Sales Manager (Animal Nutrition) - Singapore or other locations

Description

A global animal nutrition organisation is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across North Asia and Oceania. Based in Singapore or another suitable regional location, this home-based role is responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities within the defined countries or geographical region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, you will own commercial performance across North Asia and Oceania, with a strong focus on growing an established regional business. You will manage and develop distributors, key accounts and new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline and delivering sales targets across the feed additives and premix portfolio. You will manage the end-to-end commercial cycle, from prospecting and sales conversion through order-to-cash, working closely with internal Customer Service to ensure effective execution. As the regional commercial lead for your markets, you will gather market and competitor intelligence, maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting, contribute to budgets and forecasts, and support product registration requirements.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine or a relevant scientific discipline, with commercial experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, premix or a related sector. You bring strong business development and distributor management capabilities, with the commercial acumen to convert opportunities into sustainable sales. Exposure to regional markets and multinational organisations will be advantageous. You are entrepreneurial, organised and self-driven, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently in a home-office environment while collaborating effectively across regional and global teams is essential.
