About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to support talent acquisition efforts across technical organizations. This person will specialize in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly qualified technical talent across engineering, infrastructure, data, security, and other technology functions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical sourcer who understands competitive technology talent markets and can effectively identify both active and passive candidates. Experience sourcing within fintech, technology, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical roles across Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and related technical functions

• Identify and engage highly qualified passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques

• Partner closely with technical recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective candidate profiles

• Conduct talent market research and competitive intelligence to identify relevant companies, technical skill sets, and potential candidate pools

• Build and maintain diverse pipelines of qualified technical candidates across multiple levels and disciplines

• Develop personalized outreach strategies designed to engage highly sought-after technical talent

• Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess technical background, career trajectory, and alignment with role requirements

• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, pipeline health, and conversion throughout the recruiting process

• Leverage recruiting technology and emerging AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate identification

• Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market conditions, hiring manager feedback, and pipeline results

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting

• Demonstrated experience sourcing for software engineering and other technical roles

• Experience recruiting within technology, fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques

• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

• Experience identifying and engaging passive technical talent

• Strong talent research and market-mapping skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously

• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
