We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU, the USA, and Scandinavia regions. We are looking for a driven individual, autonomous in work with advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in the organization. This is a commission-based only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success. You will receive a commission for each successful hire you make. Responsibilities: Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks; Craft and send recruiting emails; Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search); Develop talent pipelines; Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks; Promote our employer brand online and offline; Maintain candidate databases; Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels; Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process; Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization; Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes. Requirements: 1-4 years of experience. Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.). Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company High attention to details Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills B2+ English Available to work at least 4 hours per day Advantages of working with us: Work with helpful, kind, motivated, and talented people.
