Technical Support Engineer at BairesDev

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide high-level technical assistance to customers and partners, ensuring the smooth operation of their integrated systems. You will serve as the primary link between client technical teams and internal engineering, resolving complex issues through deep technical analysis and effective communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support for REST API integrations and partner onboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues by reading application code and performing deep-dive analysis.
• Execute advanced data queries using SQL to investigate system behaviors and resolve data-related discrepancies.
• Manage technical relationships with partners, guiding them through integration lifecycles and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate bugs and provide feedback on product supportability and API documentation.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and providing integration support for partners.
• Proficiency in reading application code and performing complex data queries using SQL.
• Strong communication skills for managing technical customer relationships and partner onboarding.
