The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: RTX is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical and business documentation. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content while managing multiple priorities and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. What You Will Do Develop, edit, format, and maintain technical and business documentation to support applications, processes, and end users. Translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure documentation reflects current processes and systems. Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to organizational standards and formatting guidelines. Manage multiple documentation requests simultaneously, tracking progress and delivering high-quality work within established timelines. Maintain documentation repositories using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to ensure information is accessible and up to date. Provide regular status updates to leadership, proactively communicate risks or delays, and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to documentation requests, addressing feedback, and following through to resolution. Leverage advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint capabilities to create polished, professional documentation and presentations. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only. Qualifications You Must Have A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. 2+ years of experience creating, editing, formatting, and producing technical and non-technical documentation. Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Qualifications We Prefer Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and track progress to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide regular status updates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proven customer service orientation with a commitment to follow through on requests and resolve issues. Experience working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is preferred.
