Job Description Summary Inženýrská činnost spojená s výrobním procesem výroby dílů pro turbovrtulové motory a projektovým řízením. Ovlivňuje jak kvalitu vlastní práce, tak i kvalitu práce ostatních členů týmu. Vykonává operativní a standardní změny ve výrobní dokumentaci. Spolupracuje uvnitř týmu, ale i s ostatními odděleními, včetně výroby. Engineering work related to the production process of parts for turboprop engines and project management. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Připravuje technologickou dokumentaci pro nově vyráběné komponenty ale i pro generální opravy V rámci nových projektů spolupracuje s týmem od přípravné fáze výroby až po zavedení komponenty do sériové výroby Spravuje technologickou dokumentaci a zodpovídá za jejich aktuálnost a správnost Podporuje projektové oddělení montáže a výroby component Podporuje tým v opravách dílů z montáže Spolupracuje na projektech snižování nekvality a optimalizaci nákladů Řeší provozní problémy, zjišťuje kořenové příčiny, navrhuje a koordinuje nápravná opatření v daném termínu a kvalitě Schvaluje technologičnost výkresové dokumentace Spolupracuje s ostatními oddělení ve firmě a v rámci skupiny GE Řídí se vnitřními předpisy Plní úkoly uložené nadřízeným Required Qualifications SŠ/VŠ – výrobní technologie/ strojírenství Znalost třískového obrábění je podmínkou Znalost anglického jazyka je podmínkou (komunikace se zahraničními kolegy a čtení technických specifikací v Aj) Zkušenost s řízením projektů menšího rozsahu Zkušenost se prováděním a zaváděním oprav kovových dílů Znalost práce na PC (MS Office) Znalost některého z CAD/CAM systémů Znalost některého z ERP systémů (SAP, Oracle apod.) je výhodou Aktivní, týmový přístup Dobré komunikační schopnosti English Version Prepares technical documentation for newly manufactured components as well as for major repairs. Within new projects, collaborates with the team from the preparation phase of production through to the introduction of the component into serial production. Manages technical documentation and is responsible for its accuracy and currency. Supports the project department for assembly and component production. Assists the team with part repairs from assembly. Collaborates on projects to reduce defects and optimize costs. Handles operational problems, identifies root causes, proposes and coordinates corrective actions within the set timeframe and quality standards. Approves the manufacturability of drawing documentation. Works with other departments within the company and across the GE group. Follows internal regulations. Completes tasks assigned by superiors. Required Qualifications High school/University – manufacturing technology/engineering Experience with machining is required Knowledge of English is required (communication with foreign colleagues and reading technical specifications in English) Experience managing smaller projects Experience in performing and implementing repairs of metal parts PC skills (MS Office) Knowledge of some CAD/CAM systems Knowledge of some ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage Active, team-oriented approach Good communication skills What we offer: Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary.
