About the EDGE Program
The
EDGE Program
is an 18-month rotational development program, starting in the summer of 2027, designed for recent graduates looking to accelerate their careers in technology.
Participants will:
Complete structured rotations across DTCC technology teams
Gain hands-on experience delivering business-critical solutions
Participate in technical and professional development training
Build relationships through networking and mentorship opportunities
Receive coaching and support from dedicated managers
Explore long-term career opportunities within DTCC upon program completion

What You'll Do
Analyze business and technology requirements
Design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions
Support application, infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms
Assist with coding, automation, and technical documentation
Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
Learn how DTCC's technology supports global financial market infrastructure
Contribute innovative ideas that improve processes and user experiences
Qualifications
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating between
December 2026 and May 2027
Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Business & Technology Management, Or a related technical discipline
Minimum
3.2 GPA
Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Preferred
Internship, project, or leadership experience
Interest in financial services and technology
Exposure to programming languages, cloud technologies, data platforms, or infrastructure concepts
