About The Role And Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Learning and Adoption Advisor (Trainer) to join our People & Culture team.

This role helps people across the firm use technology and AI confidently, safely and well. It designs and delivers practical learning, tools and support that make new and existing systems easier to understand and use in daily work.

This role is part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team within the People & Culture (P&C) section. The P&C team includes Business Partnering; Talent Acquisition; Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing; People (Organisational) Development & Change; Performance & Remuneration; Early Careers; and Systems & Reporting.

In This Role, The Successful Candidate Will Focus On:

Technology learning and adoption

• developing and delivering a firm-wide technology learning plan aligned to business priorities, system changes and role requirements;
• managing the technology learning calendar, including inductions, workshops, drop-ins, campaigns and refresher training;
• supporting technology rollouts by identifying learning impacts, delivering targeted training and measuring adoption outcomes;
  
  

Learning design and delivery

• designing and delivering engaging technology learning across online, in-person and blended formats;
• creating clear, practical and accessible learning resources, including guides, videos and quick-reference materials;
• helping users work more efficiently across multiple technology platforms by demonstrating connected workflows and best practice;
• using AI to support content creation, with appropriate human review and quality assurance;
  
  

AI capability

• designing and delivering learning on Microsoft Copilot, approved legal AI tools and emerging technologies;
• maintaining strong proficiency in AI tools and acting as an internal AI champion, promoting practical and responsible adoption;
• supporting safe AI use, including confidentiality, client requirements, output validation and human oversight;
• developing practical prompts, playbooks, use cases and examples for everyday work;
• monitoring AI developments and translate new features, opportunities and risks into relevant learning;
  
  

Standards and content management

• establishing and maintaining standards for creating, storing, reviewing and retiring learning content;
• partnering with Technology, Client Solutions, Risk and product owners to ensure learning resources remain accurate and current;
• maintaining learning content, events and records in approved systems and channels;
  
  

Learning modernisation and adoption uplift

• driving increased technology learning, confidence and adoption across the firm;
• assessing technology capability, confidence and usage to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement;
• using feedback, data and business insights to continuously improve learning, support and adoption outcomes; and
• measuring the impact of learning on confidence, behaviours, technology use and workplace efficiency.
  
  

About You

You will ideally have the following skills and experience:

• experience in technology learning, digital adoption, IT training or a similar role, ideally in legal or professional services;
• strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for users of varying skill levels;
• experience designing and delivering digital learning resources, including videos, guides and knowledge content;
• strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot (or the ability to rapidly build expertise), with the confidence to champion effective technology and AI adoption;
• proven ability to collaborate across Learning & Development, Technology and business teams to support system change and user adoption;
• strong organisational skills, attention to detail and judgement, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and responsible technology use;
  
  

Desirable

• experience with legal technology, Microsoft Copilot, legal AI tools, learning management systems or digital learning platforms; and
• relevant qualifications in learning, education, business, technology and/or training and assessment.
