We are actively seeking to hire highly skilled professionals to meet our growing demand and join our expanding team(s). We currently have an opening for a Technology Project Manager supporting all Corporate Technology and Infrastructure initiatives, including enterprise technology expansion, infrastructure projects, ERP implementations, cybersecurity compliance and industry certification, and business system integrations across our global organization. Working closely with our third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP), internal business leaders and stakeholders, and external vendors, this role will help ensure technology projects are successfully planned, coordinated, and executed. The Technology Project Manager reports directly to the Corporate Director of IT Infrastructure and HR Operations. This position can be remote or hybrid and be within close proximity to our corporate headquarters and MSP headquarters in southeastern Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong project management experience, a high degree of understanding of network administration and cloud environments, as well as exceptionally proficient in cyber security administration. They must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a myriad of due dates, priorities, and deadlines. This person must always be capable of handling highly confidential information discreetly and with care. Responsibilities include coordinating infrastructure upgrades, ERP implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, technology integrations, disaster recovery planning, onboarding acquisitions, and other strategic technology projects while supporting the organization's long-term technology roadmap. Duties and Responsibilities: Technology Project Management Serve as the internal project manager for corporate technology initiatives from project initiation through successful completion. Coordinate and organize cross-functional teams consisting of internal Subject Matter Experts (SME), third-party MSP resources, software vendors, consultants, and corporate stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committee updates, and post-project reviews. Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively collaborate to resolve issues that could impact project success. Alongside our MSP track project milestones, action items, decisions, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with operational needs and long-term business strategy. Develop executive-level project status reports and communicate progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Coordinate change management activities, end-user communications, and stakeholder engagement throughout project implementations. Assist with overseeing facility-related projects such as site expansions/relocation, renovations, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades across all sites. Assist with onboarding and assimilating new acquisitions into the business in coordination with MSP and internal corporate acquisition team members. Assist Management with measuring and tracking project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Track vendor deliverables and ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are met. Ensure technology implementations minimize disruption to manufacturing operations. Cybersecurity & Compliance Support the organization's cybersecurity and information security initiatives, including CMMC certification activities, sponsor-driven protocols, and standardized internal security mandates. Assist in maintaining compliance with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, ITAR, and other regulatory requirements. Support vulnerability assessments, remediation efforts, penetration testing, and cybersecurity reviews alongside our MSP, software and technology vendors, and external security consultants. Coordinate responses to customer cybersecurity questionnaires, supplier assessments, and security audits. In conjunction with our MSP conduct periodic user access reviews and coordinate identity and access management initiatives. Monitor cybersecurity awareness training and phishing campaigns. Assist MSP with developing and documenting disaster recovery and business continuity protocols. Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices. Qualifying Attributes and Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, or similar); PMP or Green Belt certification is a plus. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, remediation techniques, and regulatory frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and ITAR is required. Minimum of 5–7 years of project management experience supporting IT related projects such as managing enterprise applications rollouts, infrastructure initiatives, ERP implementations, or business system deployments. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, project planning, tracking deliverables, managing risks/issues, and communicating status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Experience working with third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs), software vendors, and cross-functional business teams. Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, Microsoft 365, and business systems. Experience supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, or multi-site technology deployments is preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to build collaborative relationships, maintain detailed project documentation, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience working in multi-cultural, multi-country, multi-site environments and working with diverse cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Ability to document procedures, communicate clearly with technical/non-technical audiences, and manage competing priorities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in tandem, in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be flexible with changing priorities and business needs. Must have the ability to travel 5%–25% across all iNRCORE locations.
