We are currently searching for a Technology Solution Manager: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence. Understand client's business requirements and engage with key portfolios across regions. Provide insights and feedback to delivery teams and CT Demand products and process workflows. Work closely with Solution Architects, domain experts, and Client Technology team members to enable delivery of Technical Solutions and Cost Estimations. Act as a liaison with Service Line (SL) Demand Managers to ensure demand pipelines are developed and prioritized to support business vision and growth strategies. Assist in process and product advisory during strategic portfolio conversations. Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure appropriate resources are available to fulfill proposed solution plans. Follow standard methodologies, processes, and tools to respond to customer inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your Profile (Requirements) Minimum of 7 years overall IT industry experience. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Ability to work and team effectively with clients and management/PPEDD level stakeholders across geographies, demonstrating great customer focus. Project management and business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, scope management, cost management, and requirements gathering. Understanding of the latest cloud computing and data technologies. Logical and organized approach to problem resolution with the ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions. Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements, while identifying and recommending process improvements. Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and organizational skills. High-Performance Mindset : Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA : A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Quality Analyst experience is a plus. Familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape. Work experience in a professional services industry is preferred. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams. Advanced Spanish.
