Telecaller ( Finnish ) – Work From Home (Immediate Start)

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for working remotely? We are a leading call center servicing top pharmaceutical companies globally, and we are looking for talented Telecallers to join our team! This is a short-term project.

About the role:

You will be representing a prestigious pharmaceutical client, speaking to doctors, and collecting their consent for email communication on behalf of the company. This is not a sales role but requires excellent phone etiquette, persuasiveness, and motivation.

Key requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role.
• Exceptional phone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
• Basic work-from-home setup, including a computer, stable internet, and a noise-canceling headset.
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Edustat arvostettua lääkealan asiakasta, puhut lääkäreille ja pyydät heidän suostumuksensa sähköpostiviestintään yrityksen puolesta. Tämä ei ole myyntitehtävä, mutta vaatii erinomaista puhelinetikettiä, vakuuttavaa kykyä ja motivaatiota.

Keskeiset vaatimukset:

• Sujuva suomen kielen taito on välttämätöntä tässä tehtävässä.
• Erinomaiset puhelinkommunikointitaidot.
• Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti ja pysyä motivoituneena etäympäristössä.
• Perustyömahdollisuudet kotoa käsin, mukaan lukien tietokone, vakaa internetyhteys ja melunvaimennuskuulokkeet.
• Aiempi kokemus puhelinkeskuksesta katsotaan eduksi, mutta ei pakollinen.
• Vaatimuksena on aloittaa välittömästi.
