The Role
The Telehealth Doctor will provide remote, patient-centered medical care focused on performance, prevention, and healthy ageing. This role involves conducting telehealth consultations, taking comprehensive medical histories, ordering and interpreting relevant investigations, and developing personalised optimisation and longevity treatment protocols which include peptide, hormone, and related therapies for men and women.
What You'll Do
▸ Perform clinical assessments and consult with patients via telehealth
▸ Prescribe peptides, hormones and related therapies, including initiation, optimisation and monitoring
▸ Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans and protocols tailored to individual patient goals
▸ Request and interpret pathology where clinically appropriate
▸ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
▸ Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and liaise with the broader medical and allied health team
▸ Stay current with evidence-based applications of compounded formulations across sterile and non-sterile therapies
▸ Educate patients on lifestyle and longevity strategies
▸ Uphold professional practice standards and regulatory requirements
▸ Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical pathways

Qualifications
▸ Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner in Australia
▸ Demonstrated experience or strong interest in optimisation medicine, longevity medicine, preventive care, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions
▸ Interest in, or experience with, Peptide Medicine
▸ Competence in telehealth practice, including digital consultation platforms, electronic medical records, and remote monitoring tools
▸ Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning skills
▸ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly
▸ Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and inclusive patient care
▸ Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
▸ Interest in ongoing professional development, staying current with longevity research, optimisation therapies, and telehealth best practices
▸ Experience in sports medicine, integrative medicine, endocrinology, or functional health is advantageous but not essential
