Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LPMHC, LICSW, LMFT) Delaware | Remote / Telehealth Employment: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a Delaware-licensed LMFT, LPMHC, or LICSW to provide individual behavioral health services through telehealth. This position is focused on ongoing clinical care for adults and requires a clinician who can independently manage treatment while maintaining strong professional standards. The successful candidate will work with clients presenting with a range of mental health and life concerns and will be responsible for maintaining continuity of care throughout treatment. Primary Functions Conduct scheduled individual psychotherapy sessions Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate interventions Provide evidence-informed therapy within professional scope Evaluate client response and modify treatment when clinically indicated Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation Coordinate referrals and additional services as appropriate Participate in clinical consultation and care coordination Follow established procedures for risk and safety concerns Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active MHC license in the state of Delaware Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match If this sounds like the kind of role you’re looking for, apply today.
