Role Overview: 1099 Virtual Care Telehealth Neurologist We are seeking a Neurologist who is licensed in New Jersey to provide virtual neurology care to Local Infusion patients, with a focus on memory care and dementia-related conditions. This is a contract, patient-facing clinical role; delivering high-quality, compassionate virtual care to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment. *You must live in and be licensed in New Jersey and you will work remotely from NJ. Location Remote in New Jersey Job Description • Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care • Partner with NP and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR • Escalate complex or urgent cases per Local Infusion clinical protocols Key Accountabilities • Board certified/eligible neurologist with active, unrestricted medical license(s) in New Jersey; willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed • Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions • Experience providing antiamyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications • Prior telehealth experience required • Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule • Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams
