Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting patients through calls, chat, email, or virtual support

• Collecting and documenting patient information

• Supporting care coordination and follow-ups

• Updating patient records accurately

• Coordinating with healthcare teams or clients

• Following proper confidentiality and healthcare documentation practices

Qualifications:

• Must be residing in the Philippines

• Nursing background required

• Registered Nurse preferred

• Experience in telehealth, healthcare BPO, patient support, or virtual medical assistance is an advantage

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable working remotely with international clients

• Willing to work shifting schedules or US business hours if needed
