Healthcare Business Development Professionals
with experience in telehealth, nursing staffing, or healthcare workforce solutions.
This is a true business development role—not a recruiting position.
Your primary responsibility is to identify healthcare organizations, connect with decision-makers, generate new client accounts, and job orders, and build long-term client relationships. You will partner with TrHN recruiters to successfully fill the positions you develop.

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new healthcare client relationships.
Conduct daily outbound calls to healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
Identify organizations experiencing nursing and healthcare staffing shortages.
Target nursing, telehealth, behavioral health, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
Build relationships with healthcare executives, HR leaders, administrators, hiring managers, and staffing decision-makers.
Generate new client accounts, staffing opportunities, and qualified job orders.
Partner with TrHN recruiters to successfully fill positions generated through your business development efforts.
Manage your sales pipeline from initial prospecting through account growth.
Develop and grow your own book of business.
Contribute to TrHN's nationwide expansion.
