Telehealth - PRN - Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We’re currently seeking experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide services in a child’s natural environment through telehealth . We are hiring for a PRN to start immediately , and we work closely with every therapist to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience. Role This position is for a contract telehealth PRN serving children. Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practices Manage a caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals Complete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements Communicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover Ensure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standards Support clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviews Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planning Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture Maintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development How we help our therapists We want our providers to be completely dedicated to their patients without worrying about administrative work; therefore, Fox Health we will handle: Case building Record keeping and communications with families Coordination (scheduling, rescheduling and confirming sessions) Physician approvals and Insurance authorizations Compensation Structure Compensation Structure: $10/unit for treatment, $70/evaluation. Rates based on our fee-schedule, and other rates available for less common procedure codes. Compensation is an estimate for a full-time employee or contractor. Benefits are only available to employees who meet qualifying criteria. This is a remote position. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration, Sharlene simultaneously pursued a Master's degree while running a practice with more than 12 therapists and 200 patients. Hector graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering, and pursued a career in software development. Together, they aim to use their years of experience to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare, by making it more accessible and affordable.
