What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered) Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings Preferred CBT, DBT, or related modality experience School or youth clinical background Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40 — $50 USD
