Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Sicherstellung der Qualität der Kundenbetreuung Unterstützung in der Bearbeitung von regulatorischen Themen Erstellung von Abrechnungen und Betreuung von Kunden Strukturierte und organisatorische Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie internen Aufgaben Klare und offene Kommunikation im Team, mit Dienstleistern und Kunden Profil & Anforderungen Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Kenntnisse in Abrechnungssystemen (idealerweise FirstSale) Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstorganisation Teamfähigkeit und eine klare, offene Kommunikationsweise Gute Struktur und Organisation bei der Bearbeitung von Aufgaben Fließende Deutschkenntnisse Idealerweise Kenntnisse über den deutschen Energiemarkt (Marktregeln, Marktprozesse, Marktpartner) Branchenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert Über das Team Wir sind ein engagiertes und kollegiales Team, das Wert auf Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung legt.
