TENA Marketing Activation Manager

Here is the Job Description: Executes marketing plans according to brief from BMs across Brands and Channels ​ Is briefed by local BMs on marketing plans objectives, recommended touch points and A&P. In charge of media plan creation, execution and KPI follow up. ​ Supports sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation. Drives constructive dialogue with BM if A&P allocated is not sufficient based on Fewer, Bigger, Better approach ​ BTB, BTC and BTBTC marketing and media expert across Health and Medical channels ​ Provides channels and customers insights to local BMs ​ Partners with sales for synchronization of sales and marketing activities and execution at customers POS ​ Drives, together with sales, a full digital funnel approach and improves sales & marketing productivity, fully leveraging DME and CRM for scalable digital activities. ​ Drives customer education in line with global guidance and leveraging globally produced material (where applicable ) ​ Drives marketing operation and sales support (where applicable e.g. sampling, POS production, website translation ) ​ Manages and secures personal development of team members (where applicable ) ​ Leadership Skills: Leading Self: Customer Focus Persuades Decision Quality Action Oriented Demonstrates Self-Awareness Being Resilient Nimble Learning Interpersonal Savvy Self-Development What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
