Working with colleagues, customers and external partners, you'll provide effective support, remove barriers and help prevent tenancy breakdown, homelessness and provide support for independent living. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll combine people management, partnership working and practical problem-solving to improve outcomes for customers across our communities. What you'll be doing Lead and manage the tenancy sustainment service, ensuring customers receive timely, effective and person-centred support Manage, coach and develop a team of tenancy sustainment specialists, promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture Oversee complex cases including our specialist service providing a single point of contact where appropriate to meet customer need Work closely with other teams to identify support needed which may assist customers at risk of tenancy failure and coordinate early intervention Build strong relationships with local authorities, support agencies, health services, charities and other community partners Ensure support plans are strengths-based, outcome-focused and tailored to each customer's circumstances Provide advice and guidance affecting tenancy stability or where this is a barrier to secure a Curo home. You'll be a confident manager and communicator, able to make sound decisions, manage risk and work effectively with customers who may have complex needs. People leadership - experience managing, coaching and developing a team, with a commitment to inclusive leadership Complex case management - confident managing risk, safeguarding, vulnerability and challenging situations Customer focused - able to build trust, listen without judgement and support people to achieve sustainable outcomes Strong partnership working - experienced in working with statutory services, voluntary organisations and other external agencies Knowledgeable and accountable - understanding of relevant housing legislation, welfare benefits, safeguarding and data protection requirements Organised and analytical - able to prioritise competing demands, use data and monitor service performance Excellent communicator - able to explain complex information clearly and influence positive decisions IT literate - comfortable using case management systems, Microsoft Office and digital tools for reporting and communication Full UK driving licence - desirable, as travel across our communities may be required About Curo We're a leading South West housing association with social purpose at our heart.
