Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tendering Specialist based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals. Key responsibilities involve analyzing tender documents, creating compelling bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information. The role also includes supporting procurement strategies and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to secure business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing to create and submit high-quality bids.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements, assess opportunities, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and present proposals effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement processes and related practices.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for tender development and project tracking.
• Previous experience in the security industry or a related field is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline is preferred.
