TENx10 Marketing Coordinator DEPT: TENx10 HOURS: 40 PER WEEK FT/PT/TEMP: FULL-TIME EXEMPT STATUS: NON-EXEMPT REPORTS TO: TENx10 Marketing and Communication Director Brief Description: The TENx10 Collaboration is a national discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over the next ten years. We are a fast moving, creative, energetic remote team that works across ecumenical, cultural and denominational lines to pursue our courageous mission. The TENx10 Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the TENx10 Marketing Project Manager, Senior Creative Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager to provide critical operational and administrative support for all marketing and communications initiatives. This position will be responsible for tracking and reporting analytics, managing workflows, coordinating production logistics, supporting content publishing, and handling vendor and contractor administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and administrative processes simultaneously across a fast-moving, remote team. This position is available for remote work within most of the United States. Subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary. Essential Functions Analytics & Reporting Track and compile website, email, and social media analytics on a regular reporting cadence Manage MarComm reporting for grant metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for organizational and grant requirements Maintain reporting dashboards and data summaries to support strategic decision-making by the marketing leadership team Support the Digital Marketing Manager in pulling performance data from Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social platforms Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners Project & Workflow Coordination Manage and facilitate the creative review process between the MarComm team and internal/external stakeholders Submit Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs) and coordinate onboarding documentation for freelancers and vendors Manage file organization and asset library—uploading, labeling, and archiving raw and final production files Support cross-departmental coordination by routing feedback, approvals, and communications to appropriate team members Vendor & Event Logistics Place and track orders for TENx10 merchandise and event materials; manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery Coordinate production craft services and hospitality logistics for video and photo shoots, including catering, supplies, and on-site needs Manage travel and lodging logistics for production crews, staff, and talent involved in content shoots and events Liaise with venues, vendors, and suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve any production day issues Maintain records of orders, invoices, and logistics details to support budget tracking and reporting Content & Digital Support Provide operational support for digital content publishing, including scheduling and uploading content across platforms Support the management and coordination of TENx10's Substack newsletter, including drafting, scheduling, and subscriber list maintenance Assist with basic website updates and content edits (Webflow or similar CMS), reducing operational burden on the Senior Creative Manager Support email campaign deployment through Mailchimp, including list segmentation, scheduling, and quality assurance checks Coordinate content tagging, captioning, and accessibility requirements for published digital assets Administrative & Team Support Serve as the operational point of contact for administrative needs of the Marketing and Communications team Manage and maintain shared team drives, asset folders, and document libraries for efficient team access Support onboarding and offboarding of contractors by coordinating documentation, system access, and file handoffs Coordinate team meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up notes for the MarComm team Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with ad hoc administrative and project support as needed Maintain the organizational communications calendar Skills and Knowledge Required Demonstrated passion for the mission of TENx10 with a desire to work in a distinctly Christian work environment Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative coordinator role, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) for tracking tasks, timelines, and team workflows Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Mailchimp reporting, and social media insights dashboards Basic experience with content management systems (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) for minor website edits preferred Experience with Mailchimp or comparable email marketing platforms for scheduling, list management, and reporting Comfort with digital asset management and file organization across shared cloud storage environments Experience with Substack, LinkedIn, Meta, and other social platforms from an administrative or publishing perspective Budget tracking and vendor coordination experience; ability to manage purchase orders, invoices, and logistics documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, fully remote environment while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive organizational information Experience working in diverse, cross-cultural, or ecumenical environments; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Spanish language proficiency (spoken and/or written) is a plus and strongly encouraged Physical Requirements: Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours at a time Able to bend, grasp, and reach Able to lift up to 25 pounds Requires repetitive motions and sitting at computer keyboard Able to hear and speak on the telephone Able to read, take notes, and view a computer monitor Able to conduct business with other Fuller offices Additional Remarks: Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards This position is available for remote work within the US.
