Terminologist / Terminology Manager (Remote, Contract)

About the Role Seeking a detail-oriented Terminologist to manage multilingual terminology databases for international learning content. Youll standardize domain-specific terms and maintain alignment across all target languages. Responsibilities Create and update terminology lists in TBX/TMX formats. Validate term consistency and linguistic appropriateness. Coordinate with linguists and editors for glossary updates. Provide linguistic reference and maintain change logs. Requirements Degree in linguistics, translation, or terminology management. 3+ years managing termbases using Trados MultiTerm or equivalent. Understanding of medical, technical, or educational terminology. Excellent documentation and data management skills. Preferred Prior experience with NGO or academic translation projects.
