🚨 We're Hiring: Territory Manager – Chile & Southern Cone 🌎

Are you an experienced technical sales professional with a passion for building distributor networks and growing new markets?

We're looking for a Territory Manager to lead business development across Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Bolivia for a global leader in fall protection and industrial safety equipment.

🔹 Location: Remote (Based in Chile)

🔹 Territory: Chile, Argentina, Uruguay & Bolivia

🔹 Salary: USD $3,000–$3,500/month

🔹 Employment: Full-time | Indefinite

What You'll Do:

✅ Develop and expand a distributor network across the Southern Cone

✅ Identify and onboard new channel partners

✅ Grow existing distributor relationships

✅ Present and demonstrate technical safety solutions

✅ Train distributor sales teams

✅ Travel throughout the region to support customers and partners

✅ Drive revenue growth and expand market presence

We're Looking For:

✔️ Experience in technical B2B sales

✔️ Strong background in business development and channel/distributor management

✔️ Experience selling industrial, mining, construction, PPE, or safety equipment

✔️ Knowledge of fall protection, industrial safety, or related technical products

✔️ Fluent Spanish (English is a plus)

✔️ Comfortable traveling throughout Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Bolivia

⭐ Bonus if you've worked with products such as:

• Fall protection systems

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Industrial safety equipment

• Mining or construction equipment

• Work-at-height solutions
