Territory Manager - Neurosurgery (Los Angeles County)

Symmetrio is recruiting for a Territory Manager - Neurosurgery (Los Angeles) on behalf of a confidential medical device company. This individual will be responsible for driving product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth across an assigned Southern California territory. This role is best suited for a medical device sales professional with experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty , with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving physicians, clinical teams, administrators, and purchasing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles County. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and meet territory sales goals. Build relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative stakeholders. Identify new sales opportunities and support product adoption within target accounts. Present product value, clinical benefits, and economic impact to key decision-makers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles from prospecting through close. Develop territory plans, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Partner with internal clinical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support account growth. Represent the company at hospital meetings, workshops, trade shows, and customer events. Compensation $150,000 base salary + $150,000 variable compensation at plan OTE: $300,000 Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of medical device sales experience. Experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty preferred. Proven success managing complex physician and hospital sales cycles. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze markets, develop territory strategy, and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel 50%+ as needed.
