Your mission will be to drive sales growth, increase market share, and leave a lasting impact on the insurance landscape. This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter attitude, a hunger for success, and a passion for making a difference. Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as a Territory Manager in Sales, you will: Travel within your designated territory to meet with independent agencies and foster strong relationships. Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts. Provide training and support to agency partners, helping them understand our products, services, and value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive territory growth. Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform your strategy. Represent AssuranceAmerica at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and influence. About YOU Desires to be in tactical, B2B, in-person sales role. Willing to put in the time and effort to be successful. Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a high EQ, and the ability to make autonomous decisions. Can gather and analyze data skillfully to interact with accounts and associates of all levels of the organization. Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals. Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory. Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish). Previous sales or customer service experience. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
