A Day in the Life The Cranial & Spinal Technologies Operating Unit supports healthcare professionals with a comprehensive portfolio of orthopedic trauma, spinal implants, enabling technologies, and surgical solutions used in complex orthopedic and spine procedures. This role supports the growth of both the Trauma and Surgical Synergy (Spine) portfolios by partnering with healthcare providers to expand product adoption, deliver clinical value, and support patient care across the assigned territory. This position is based in Hyderabad, India and follows a Remote work style. Frequent travel within the assigned territory, including visits to hospitals, healthcare institutions, and operating rooms, is required to support customers, clinical activities, and business objectives. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the Orthopedic Trauma and Surgical Synergy portfolios within the assigned territory. The role requires a combination of clinical understanding, consultative selling, account management, and customer engagement to support healthcare professionals and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive sales growth across the Orthopedic Trauma and Surgical Synergy portfolios within the assigned territory of Hyderabad and nearby cities to achieve or exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, purchasing teams, and channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and execute territory plans to expand market penetration and customer adoption. Provide product, procedural, and clinical support to healthcare professionals, including support during operating room procedures when required. Conduct account reviews, evaluate customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions across trauma and spine therapy areas. Monitor market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activities and communicate insights to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with clinical, application, marketing, and sales teams to support product utilisation, customer training, and business development initiatives. Maintain accurate sales reporting, inventory management, and compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices. Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience* Preferred : Experience selling Orthopedic Trauma, Spine, Surgical Synergy, or other musculoskeletal therapy solutions. Previous operating room experience supporting surgeons during orthopedic or spine procedures. Experience with capital equipment, navigation, imaging, or technology-based healthcare solutions. Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder hospital accounts. Knowledge of local market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and healthcare procurement processes within the assigned territory. *Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
