Test Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview: Keystone Solutions is seeking a Test Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this dynamic role, you will be part of a Dutch-speaking scrum development team, working in an agile environment with diverse stakeholders. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements. Establish the test strategy based on analyses for various developed applications. Elaborate test scenarios and test cases for internal ICT tests and end-to-end tests with users. Prepare data and execute functional and non-functional tests. Coordinate and support acceptance testing, guiding users through the process. Create regression tests to efficiently and quickly identify software issues. Have a good understanding of software test automation and either automate tests yourself or collaborate with team members to set this up. Document automated test procedures (principles, tools, and methods). Analyze, document, and report test results efficiently to business analysts and developers. Follow up on corrections with the involved parties. Required Experience and Competencies: Experience as a test analyst (minimum 5+ years). Behavioral Skills: Excellent social skills towards both technical specialists and users. Exceptional communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. Ability to work effectively in a team. Efficiently and autonomously deliver projects. Deliver quality work based on analysis and synthesis. Language Proficiency: Native Dutch speaker. Active knowledge of French. Work Regime: Workweek: Monday to Friday - average of 8 hours, with 2 days per week physically present in the office. The other 3 days can be remote. Technical Advantages: ISTQB certification is a plus. Experience with Playwright or similar tools is a plus.
