Test Automation Engineer (Cypress) at BairesDev
As a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Cypress, you will develop and maintain automated testing suites to ensure the highest quality for web applications. You will work closely with development teams to integrate fast, reliable in-browser testing into the software delivery lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end test suites using Cypress and JavaScript.
Develop isolated component tests to verify individual UI elements and frontend logic.
Leverage Cypress's native browser execution to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide immediate feedback on code changes.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to define testable criteria and ensure robust application performance.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Assurance, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in building end-to-end and component tests using Cypress.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for developing automated test scripts.
Strong understanding of frontend testing methodologies and in-browser execution.
Experience with CI/CD integration and maintaining automated test suites.
Advanced proficiency in English.
