About the Role: Job Title: Test Engineer – SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ONB, RCM) Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end testing for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and related integrations. Design, execute, and maintain test cases for Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing. Validate business requirements and ensure high-quality application delivery. Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, or similar. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment. Prepare test plans, execution reports, defect summaries, and testing status updates. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release validation activities. Quickly understand application functionality and adapt to evolving business requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Testing with primary expertise in Employee Central (EC) . Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and defect lifecycle management. Experience working in Agile Scrum teams with direct client interaction. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, or similar test management tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Desired Qualifications (Optional): Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Position Management, Business Rules, MDF, or Time Management modules. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations and API testing. Knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks. ISTQB or relevant testing certifications.
