Lead a high-visibility enterprise transformation program with significant organizational impact Own the end-to-end testing strategy and influence quality outcomes across the project lifecycle Work alongside business leaders, architects, developers, and program stakeholders on a critical implementation initiative Collaborate with globally distributed teams and gain exposure to complex business processes and integrations Drive quality improvements and testing best practices within a fast-paced, dynamic environment Enjoy flexibility through a hybrid work arrangement, with consideration for fully remote candidates Your Role & Responsibilities Develop, own, and execute the overall testing strategy, approach, and plans for project implementation initiatives Lead testing activities across functional, integration, regression, UAT, end-to-end user journey, data validation, and post-go-live smoke testing Mentor, guide, and coordinate testing teams across multiple business units, regions, and external partners Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and testing needs Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and validation plans Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test data to validate system functionality and integrations Manage defect tracking, triage processes, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities Coordinate testing schedules and deliverables with program leadership, release management, and change readiness teams Ensure test environments, tools, and data are available and prepared for all phases of testing Define, track, and communicate quality metrics, KPIs, testing progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders Support deployment activities and provide quality oversight through go-live and stabilization phases Skills & Experience You Should Possess 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management roles 4+ years of experience leading testing teams as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or comparable leadership position Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or similarly complex enterprise platforms Strong expertise in functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing methodologies Experience with data migration testing, data validation, and system integration testing Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or comparable platforms Demonstrated success leading distributed or geographically dispersed testing teams Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities Experience coordinating internal teams, vendors, contractors, and third-party partners Bonus Points If You Have Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in highly regulated industries Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Hands-on exposure to enterprise-wide data migration programs Experience implementing quality assurance best practices across large organizations Background working with multiple deployment waves and release management processes Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) ISTQB Certification or similar software testing certification preferred Additional quality assurance, testing, Agile, or project management certifications are a plus What We Offer At Trissential, we value expertise, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $114,000–$124,000 annually or $67–$77 per hour , depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
