Test Manager Subject Matter Expert

Overview JST is currently seeking a Test Manager SME to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. Test Manager SME Responsibilities Develop Test plans and execute Tests in a Salesforce environment Provide m entor ship for a team of quality assurance testers Perform different types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing Perform Quality Assurance and control Report testing status updates, defects/issues, and results Develop test cases/scripts and prioritize testing activities Collaborate with developers, product owners/SMEs, and other stakeholders Identify roles/skills required for tests. Identify test coverage to ensure all changes in process are tested. Advise executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top subject matter experts. Provide expert guidance and insight into specific business domains and technologies. Test Manager SME Qualifications 12+ years of relevant experience Security + Certification ( required ) Salesforce Administrator Certification ( required ) Master's Degree (or 2+ years equivalent additional experience) Expert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile Experience with Salesforce testing and other third party test applications. Experience in development, requirements, configuration management. Understanding of AF HR Personnel processes. Recognized within industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards within specific scope.
