Test Manager / Test Lead (French Speaker)

Come be part of Inetum! Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and business domains. Define test strategies, test plans, scope, estimations, schedules, and resource requirements. Coordinate testing throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Drive test design, execution, defect management, reporting, and closure activities. Assess testing readiness and provide Go/No-Go recommendations for key project milestones. Manage testing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Lead governance meetings, monitor KPIs, and deliver testing status and execution reports. Coordinate business users and cross-functional teams during test preparation and execution phases. Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and testing best practices. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to testing teams while promoting a culture of quality and collaboration. Experience in Agile environments and large-scale enterprise transformation projects is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management, planning, communication, and team leadership skills. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid environments). Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. ISTQB certification or equivalent testing knowledge is highly valued. Previous experience in testing projects within the Life Insurance , Insurance , or Banking sectors is highly desirable. Experience managing testing activities across multiple projects and stakeholders. French: Mandatory English: Professional working proficiency (preferred)
