The Fixer

Job ads are broken.

They ask for ten years of experience in a tool that's existed for two. They list twenty "essential" skills and hire on none of them. They filter out the exact people who'd actually move the needle, move them and their customers forwards.

So I wrote a different one.

The role is called The Fixer. There's no skills matrix. No "5+ years required." Just one question: do you see something broken and find it physically impossible to leave alone?
