Assesses and transfers and new accounts to determine if a lien can be filed. Takes the necessary steps to follow through on lien filing. Responsibilities Contacts attorneys and adjusters to follow through on case status and protection Sends bills, liens and other information to attorneys and insurance companies Reviews and works adjuster only accounts to file liens or track settlements Contacts insurance carriers eligibility and timely filing deadlines.
