Role Description The TikTok Shop Specialist is a remote role responsible for managing and optimizing brand storefronts on TikTok Shop. Day-to-day work includes setting up and maintaining product listings, coordinating promotions, and ensuring accurate inventory and pricing. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and recommending improvements to increase sales and engagement. The TikTok Shop Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to create platform-specific strategies, align content with marketing campaigns, and stay current on TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms, including product listing management and storefront optimization.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon, DTC e-commerce), including pricing, inventory coordination, and promotional planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, creators, and brand partners in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as influencer marketing, short-form video content, and conversion optimization.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in marketplace agencies, e-commerce, or social media marketing is preferred.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
