Job Summary Title Specialist shall be responsible for ensuring completion of all the tasks assigned by the supervisor within the stipulated turnaround time meeting the said quality standards, also should be adhering to all the set company policies. Key Responsibilities Review real estate-related records and documents using approved systems and information sources. Gather and organize information relating to real estate property ownership, transactions and recorded documents. Validate names, dates, real estate property details and recording information across multiple sources. Identify missing information, inconsistencies, exceptions and potential risks. Conduct additional research when records are incomplete or unclear. Interpret and summarize relevant information in the required format. Support the preparation of title examination reports and Title Commitments after completing the required training. Maintain accurate work notes and records for quality review and audit purposes. Follow defined processes, checklists, quality standards and turnaround times. Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate reviewer. Apply feedback and continuously improve accuracy, quality and productivity. Maintain confidentiality and comply with information-security requirements. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a non-title domain. Strong written comprehension and ability to work with detailed information.
