Tokenized Fund Operations Lead

About the Role We are seeking an experienced operator to lead the day-to-day management of live tokenized asset funds on our platform. You will be the operational backbone for institutional investment products, ensuring seamless flows between traditional finance and DeFi. You will play a pivotal part in building out a next-generation onchain asset management platform, leveraging both traditional financial rigour and a proactive openness to integrating automated, agentic processes. You will also work closely with Product and Engineering to optimise and develop the platform. Key Responsibilities Execute daily fund flows - Coordinate stablecoin settlements - Oversee tokenized share issuance (ERC-4626 and ERC-7540) - Manage complex smart contract interactions - Operate MPC wallet workflows: transaction policies, whitelists, and multisig approvals Manage DeFi liquidity and routing - Direct cross-chain liquidity and connect tokenized RWA products into broader DeFi protocols - Navigate ecosystems including Sky, Aave, and Morpho Build intelligent monitoring - Design workflows that automate complex reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems - Analyse wallet activity, token flows, and DeFi transactions to surface operational and strategic insights - Monitor liquidity pool health and streamline regulatory reporting Oversee risk and financial reporting - Maintain precise transaction logs and prepare daily/monthly financial reports - Interact with the fund administrator on fee and cost accounting - Track fund performance metrics and build intelligent alerting systems Collaborate cross-functionally - Work alongside Operations, Product, and Engineering teams - Translate the nuanced needs of asset managers into clear feedback and requirements that improve the platform Requirements US/EU Candidates only TradFi foundation - 1+ years of core experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis, providing the context needed to manage valuations, accruals, and investor reporting DeFi fluency - 1+ years of hands-on experience navigating onchain transactions, decentralised liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges - Comfort operating MPC wallets or multi-sig tooling (e.g., Fireblocks, Safe) and reading onchain data directly (Dune, Etherscan, Tenderly) AI and automation readiness - Proficiency in data management (Excel, databases) combined with basic scripting skills (Python, JS, or similar), or a demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs and AI agents to parse financial data and automate workflows - Attention to detail when validating accounting packages, tracking onchain events, auditing transaction logs, and interacting directly with smart contracts About the Team - Fully distributed team across 5+ time zones, committed to transparency, autonomy, and freedom in the workplace - Operating at high speed, shipping daily on a tight calendar - Obsessed with clarity, high-quality output, and speed - Builders who balance precision with creativity and always keep pushing forward
