Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries about post-rental charges (tolls, fines); Maintain electronic records of fines and charges; Process charges on customer cards for fines and fees and maintain the relationship with the customer; Maintain the relationship with authorities related to fines: provide driver identification, respond to their requests (Both authorities: Austria and Hungary); Decide what fines we pay and what fines we contest; Communication with the financial department: provide situations with what we have to pay. Requirements: Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach; Basic understanding of financial transactions and Visa/Mastercard regulations; Fluency in German and Hungarian (both written and spoken); Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with intermediate Excel functions is a plus); Why Klass Wagen?
