Track & Trace Representative (2nd shift)

At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track & Trace Representative for our third-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services. Responsibilities: Daily communication with drivers and customers Notifying appropriate parties of any issues Inputting updates into the system Answering incoming calls from clients Scheduling appointments Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned Working conditions: Work schedule: Monday - Friday 3 pm - midnight (EST time) Competitive Salary in USD Remote mode of work 10+ business days of paid time off Team building and corporate events Equipment provided A supportive team Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level is A MUST Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred) Excellent problem-solving abilities
