Trade Compliance Analyst II

WHAT YOU GET TO DO The Trade Compliance Analyst II is responsible for managing key trade compliance activities with a focus on valuation, supplier engagement, audit support, and process improvement. This role serves as a critical bridge between Trade Compliance, suppliers, and internal functions, ensuring accurate customs reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment with regulatory requirements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis to validate declared values and identify risk areas Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring proper setup of valuation, classification, and country of origin data Identify and manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and support post-entry audit activities Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs valuation regulations and company policies Collaborate with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant entry filings Address discrepancies and improve data flow between suppliers, brokers, and internal systems Contribute to development and maintenance of internal procedures and compliance documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency across trade operations Support additional trade compliance programs as assigned WHAT YOU HAVE 3–5+ years of trade compliance experience Strong background in valuation and audit processes Knowledge of HTS classification Analytical mindset with detail orientation Experience with import data and financial reconciliation Working Conditions and Environment : Authorization to work in the U.S. Passport or ability to obtain passport Professional office etiquette is required at all times Travel required 10% Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 20 pounds WHAT YOU WILL GET 2 remote days per week Half day Fridays A beautiful new, state-of-the-art, office complex in Kennesaw, GA Industry competitive compensation Great benefits with better than average employer contributions, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short & Long Term Disability and more! 401k with a very generous employer match and no vesting!
