Job Description - Trade Distribution Manager - Germany (17173) Job Description Trade Distribution Manager - Germany ( 17173 ) Description Trade Distribution Manager (Germany) The Trade Distribution Manager (Germany) sits within our Trade Distribution team, reporting to the Head of Trade Distribution. The team works closely with travel agent partners to maximise holiday sales opportunities and build strong commercial relationships across the travel trade network. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our travel trade business across Germany. You'll work with key partners to deliver sales growth, develop commercial plans, and strengthen awareness of the easyJet holidays proposition. You will be responsible for: Managing relationships with travel trade partners across Germany and driving holiday departures. Owning the regional sales approach and increasing easyJet holidays' presence within the travel trade market. Generating commercial opportunities that grow revenue and support cost-efficient sales. Delivering presentations and training sessions to travel agent partners. Running regular trading reviews with key accounts to share insight, discuss performance and identify opportunities. Creating business development and marketing plans with strategic partners. Managing B2B communications that promote key sales messages and commercial priorities. Delivering agreed sales targets and contributing to wider departmental objectives. Supporting the Head of Distribution with overall trade distribution goals and performance. What you'll bring to the team: Fluent in German and English, written and spoken. Experience within the German travel industry with a strong account management background. Previous experience working with independent travel agencies. Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to sales targets. Proven success driving B2B sales performance. Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across a wider team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Self-motivated approach and ability to manage competing priorities. Flexibility to travel across Germany and internationally when required.
