From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Trade Planning Lead . Ideally we would like thos position to be located in Bentonville, AR however are considering remote candidates. The Trade Planning Lead supports the Walmart Sales team by providing analytical, trade planning, and trade systems expertise to strengthen Lactalis Yogurt's partnership with Walmart. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Category Management, Customer Marketing, and Walmart stakeholders to drive profitable growth, optimize trade investments, and identify category opportunities across a portfolio of leading yogurt brands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to influence both internal and external partners. From your EXPERTISE to ours Own trade planning execution and performance against key business metrics, including trade efficiency, volume, and spend per case. Maintain accurate trade planning and spending information within trade management systems, ensuring data integrity and educating stakeholders on the importance of trade planning accuracy. Analyze Walmart Scintilla, Circana, sales, and customer data to identify business issues, growth opportunities, and actionable insights. Retrieve, evaluate, and interpret category, consumer, and marketplace data to support business decisions and strategic planning. Partner with Walmart Sales leadership to develop and execute customer plans that drive sustainable growth and maximize promotional effectiveness. Support the design and planning of feature programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and improve efficiencies. Provide guidance and support to the Walmart team regarding trade planning tools, systems, and processes. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Category Management, Customer Marketing, and other key partners to align business priorities and execution plans. Utilize data-driven insights to support innovation launches, omnichannel planning, and customer development initiatives. Assist in evaluating promotional performance, trade spending effectiveness, and category trends to inform future planning strategies. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customer partners to support successful business outcomes. Requirements From your STORY to ours Education Bachelor's Degree required. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in sales, account management, trade funding, category management, customer development, or a related field. Demonstrated analytical experience utilizing multiple data sources such as Scintilla, Circana/IRI, CPM, sales data, or similar retail analytics platforms. Experience supporting customer business planning, trade management, or category initiatives. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using trade planning systems such as Trade Planner, AVE, or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customer partners. Position preferably located in the Bentonville, Arkansas area; remote candidates within the United States will also be considered. Skills / Knowledge Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Knowledge of retail sales, trade planning, category management, and consumer insights. Strong financial and trade investment analysis capabilities. Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools. Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
