We are looking for a dedicated Trader Specialist to join our team in Bucharest! What You'll get to do: Continuously monitor and respond to changing markets; Monitor risk and liabilities in accordance with company trading policy; Develop and write new IT feature requests; Handle administrative tasks such as following up on market settlements and monitoring customer betting patterns; Ensure trading tools are maintained at the highest standard; Monitor competitor markets and products to stay up to date with industry trends; Ensure the company’s product offering is timely, accurate, and of excellent quality; Evaluate company risks for each competition; Report trading activity and insights to the Head of Trading and top management What we’re looking for: Availability to work in shifts (09:00–17:00; 17:00–01:00) and two weekends per month; Bachelor’s degree in investment analysis, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred; Previous experience in a similar role within an online sportsbook is a strong advantage; Strong management and organizational skills; Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation abilities; Experience with databases and data analysis tools; Passion for sports and/or experience in the betting industry is a plus; Ability to react quickly in a fast-changing environment; • Flexible and adaptable approach to work; Knowledge of the betting industry; Excellent communication skills; Outstanding attention to detail and a strong focus on quality; Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; Interest in technology and being an early adopter of digital tools.
