THE ROLE
You will own Meta Ads accounts end to end for US home-services clients. This is a hands-on buying role, not a coordination role. You will be in Ads Manager every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build, launch, monitor, scale and kill Meta campaigns built for lead generation.
Manage daily budget pacing and bid strategy across several client accounts at once.
Test audiences, placements and creative angles systematically, and document what wins.
Brief and QA ad creative with our creative team - hooks, statics, UGC-style video.
Track CPL, cost per qualified lead, lead quality and spend pacing daily, and act on them the same day.
Join calls with US client owners and explain clearly what changed and why.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
3+ years hands-on buying inside Meta Ads Manager - you personally in the account, not supervising someone who is.
You have personally managed 500,000 MXN or more (roughly 25,000 USD) in lifetime Meta ad spend.
Lead-generation experience - form fills and phone calls, not ecommerce only.
Strong written and spoken English. You will be on video calls with US business owners.
Located in Guadalajara, or able to reliably work from our Andares office three days per week.
Able to run accounts independently on our systems and tools within two weeks of starting.
NICE TO HAVE
Agency experience running several client accounts at the same time.
Home services or trades clients - roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar.
Google Ads and Local Services Ads exposure.
GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, call tracking, offline conversion imports.
Meta lead ads, Advantage+ campaigns, Conversions API.
DETAILS
Full-time, hybrid: three days in our Guadalajara (Andares) office, two days remote.
Compensation: 25,000 - 35,000 MXN per month, depending on experience.
Hiring process: a 15-minute screening call, then a short practical assessment, then a final conversation.
