Trainee Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Trainee Consultant, you'll receive hands-on training while working on live executive search projects.

Talent Research & Candidate Sourcing:

• Research companies and industries to identify key talent.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, internal databases, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support consultants in sourcing and engaging high-caliber professionals.

Market Research & Client Support

• Learn how executive search projects are managed.
• Understand client hiring requirements and organizational structures.
• Prepare candidate reports, talent mapping, and market research.
• Assist with recruitment projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

Recruitment Coordination

• Update recruitment databases and internal systems.
• Coordinate interviews and collect candidate feedback.
• Support consultants throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base Salary: RM 3,000 per month
• Performance-based commission and annual bonus
• Quarterly company-sponsored training visits to Shanghai (flight and accommodation provided)
