We are looking for a Trainee Data Analyst & Data Scientist to join our Product & Strategy Team. This role offers an intensive, hands-on environment built for proactive minds who want to move beyond textbook datasets to work with live user behavior across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms, driving tangible business and product impact.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day & Learning Path)

• End-to-End Data Exploration: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) across live mobile and web application data to uncover trends, user friction points, and growth opportunities.
• Dashboards & Product Metrics: Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and visual reporting systems for cross-functional stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
• Predictive Modeling & Statistical Analysis: Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical tests, and predictive modeling techniques to solve real business challenges, such as user retention, churn prevention, and personalization.
• Product & A/B Testing Analytics: Support experiment design (A/B testing), help define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze experiment results, and deliver data-backed recommendations to product teams.
• Collaborative Squad Dynamics: Work closely with senior data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to ensure data integrity, clean data pipelines, and smooth deployment of analytics into production.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Education & Background: Student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Core Technical Skills: Solid grasp of SQL for querying complex relational databases, along with hands-on proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Analytical & Business Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to data quality and consistency, and an interest in app analytics (cohort analysis, user funnels, conversion tracking).
• Proactive & Organized: A self-driven, detail-oriented learner with strong time management skills who thrives in a fast-paced product environment.
• Soft Skills: Clear written and verbal communication to explain complex statistical insights to non-technical partners, high accountability, and an eagerness to act on feedback.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage.
